Follow Digging on Facebook!

February 07, 2011

I created a page for Digging on Facebook, and if you’re active there I hope you’ll “Like” my page. It’s an easy way to find out when I have a new post up, or just to talk gardening. Thanks for your support!

  1. Hey, of course I want to follow you!
Thanks, CIMS. I enjoy following you too. —Pam

I think I may try it out. I am not much for FB and am not even sure how to use it to its potential, but I will try checking you out there.
Donna, I’m still figuring out how to use Facebook to its potential too, but I am getting a lot out of various FB groups, like the group of bloggers interested in attending the Seattle Fling in July. You can have instant communication with other people in the group and follow the threads of various conversations, somewhat like Twitter but easier to follow. It’s worth giving FB a try to see if you like it. Thanks in advance for the “Like.” 🙂 —Pam

Hee-hee! I knew what you meant, Darla. Thanks for reading Digging, which is the purpose of the FB page: to bring readers to my blog. —Pam

You have another new FB follower and I may even start using the page I set up four years ago! I’d love to use it to keep family and friends up to date on all the changes at our house.
Thanks for following me on FB, S. Fox! —Pam

I created one for The Deep Middle last month, too, with a year by year photo gallery. I’ll fave you if you fave me? 🙂

  7. Candy Suter says:

Hey cool! I’ll follow! Good idea!

  8. Hi Pam,
Like your site and new FB page: I’m now a fan!
I especially like your chronicle of the school lawn replaced with a native plant garden. Would you consider displaying it, with all your links and links to LawnReform.org on YourGardenShow? It would inspire others.
I’d like to speak to you too about a possible related matter: we are one of the 5 award winners in the Community category at this year’s SXSW – which will probably be the first time many of the techno- music- SXSW fans ever even THINK about gardens. We want to do something in Austin during that week – March 11-15 – and am asking advice. Let me know if we can contact you directly. Thanks! Lisa
